Speaking of traffic jams: Emily, Katie, and I found ourselves in a GREAT one on the way to Baltimore. Everyone was out of their cars hanging out on the side of their freeway. We thought, hey, we're musicians . . .why not break out the instruments? So we whipped out the guitar, a violin, and the ol' vocal chords, set out Katie's new Khaki hat she bought at the gas station, and made some sweet music to the tune of "Amazing Grace." Ahh . . . gotta love a traffic jam.
